Our blue blossom hand illustrated cake. This is a completely original painting I have painted directly onto the fondant on our show cake. I use food colouring and vodka to paint the design so that it is all edible. We use the vodka as it evaporates where as water would leave the surface of the cake sticky. I can use my illustration skills to create any painting or image for you directly onto the surface of your cake. Making your cake into a work of art.
