A ice hockey boxing cake
We created this large cake for a special 40th birthday surprise to incorporate the themes of ice hockey and boxing into one cake. Everything other than a couple of supports on the cake is edible from the chocolate sculpted main characters to sugar hockey goals and chocolate crowd.
