Snowboard Cake

A large 3 flavour cake created with a large sugar replica of the birthday boys snowboard on top and sugar mountains behind and housing a clay topper likness at the back that can be taken off the cake and kept as a keepsake of the big day. This is incorporated into the design of the cake.

Everything is edible other than the topper and the oak base it is housed on.
