Italian Sponge Beauty & Beast wedding cake

A Beauty & the Beast themed wedding cake including a clay cake topper of the lovely couple. The cake is made with Italian sponge brushed with a sweet rum syrup and filled with Italian pastry cream and chocolate mousse. A special gluten free version was also made for the top tier using strawberry syrup and the Italian cream and chocolate mousse.
