Covid-19 Update
At the moment it is business as usual, we are like you guided by the government. If the time comes that your event/wedding gets cancelled because of government guidelines we will do our best to re arrange your cake for your new date.
If the time comes that your wedding or event is cancelled we will work with you to try our best to accommodate a new date. We would require a new date to be confirmed and not the booking cancelled completely. If a booking is cancelled outright then our terms and conditions stand. All deposits re non refundable and cancellations made less than 3 weeks before the required date can not be refunded as we will have already bought in ingredients and possibly started some items on your cake.
In terms of date changes we will mark the order as temporarily on hold until another date if arranged in the future. The majority of re arranged dates should be fine but in the event of dates that are already in clashing with clashing with re arranged dates we will be taking the measure to take on extra staff to help us out with the cakes and work load.
If you are wanting to come see me for a consultation please follow government guidelines. Do not attend it you feel unwell or have any symptoms, no matter how mild. Please self isolate. Your consultation can be done over Skype or the phone just as easy as if you were sitting in the studio. We can always meet later in the year and I can send out sample packs via DPD for you.
In the unfortunate event that I end up developing symptoms I will have to self isolate like everyone else. We do work with other cake makers, and I will do my best to find a replacement for you like we would if we had any emergency where this would be required.
We will be making elements for complex cakes such as chocolate and sugar sculptures earlier than usual so if this does happen a fellow cake maker can still create your cake for you under our instruction.
